We are a recognized IRS 510(c)(3), tax-deductible non-profit organization  and depend entirely on donations from the public.  We have no paid staff, with our only overhead going to insurance and a modest amount for fund raising. 

At least 90% of donations go directly to making a difference in the lives of foster children in Napa County.
